Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days by standard ground shipping. For shipments within Canada, it will take approximately 2-3 business days, and for US shipments, it will take approximately 5-7 business days. If you prefer express shipment, you can select that option at checkout.
2. How do you apply SurfaceMotifs?
Tutorial videos are available on our Installation page, as well illustrations of our simple 4 step procedure, known as the A.P.P.R Method. You can also download the procedure to review later, from our Installation page.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to Canada and the United States, and do not ship internationally. We target to ship internationally later this year.
4. What is your Return Policy?
We understand there will be cases where the wrong Motif maybe ordered, or the incorrect quantity. The product can be returned, provided it meets the following criteria:

  • – the carton has not been opened, and the packaging label is uncut.
  • – with a receipt
  • – is within 30 days of purchase

Please ship the product back in its original unopened carton. A refund will be issued for the product only, excluding shipping cost. As well, a 10% restocking fee will be applied from the refund amount. Please note all refunds are processed through Paypal, as a result there will be a delay from when the refund is issued, to when it is shown on your statement. 5. When are your business hours?
We are located in Toronto, Canada, in the Eastern Standard Time Zone. Our operating hours are Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm EST.
6. Am I able to change or cancel my order?
Yes, please contact us immediately at support@peacockliving.com, using “ORDER CHANGE” in the Subject heading. If the product has not been shipped, we will do our best to change or cancel your order. However, if the product has been shipped, it can be returned, and the Return Policy will apply.
7. What are the methods of payment?
We provide convenient payment through Paypal, which accepts all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you are purchasing with a Paypal account, please ensure your shipping address is up to date.
8. What is included with the product?
Each carton includes 1 roll of SurfaceMotif, and a printed document with the Quick Start Guide and a Template of the purchased motif.
